Coffee lovers may relate to this more than others …
First, some people do believe that cold brew coffee is healthier than coffee that was brewed with hot water. That’s because acid is produced when hot water touches coffee beans.
That’s why cold brewed coffee tastes smoother than hot stuff!
Anyway, health aspects aside, the problem with cold brewed coffee drinks come down to the drinking experience.
To put it bluntly, it’s just too easy to drink it down really fast. That’s a problem for two reasons:
- The drink doesn’t last as long, and
- The caffeine hits all at once.
With potential jitters in mind, it would probably be better for the caffeine to slowly impact your system gradually.
Chugging cold brew coffee may not be a popular way to drink it but when it’s tasty, and you’re thirsty, the cold brew is Going. Down.
What is the solution here??
