How To Be Stronger [5 Tips]

First: throughout this article and beyond, I assume that everyone knows the power of positive thinking. Nothing will work if you’re having negative thoughts because negativity in the mind creates weakness. To be truly strong, resilience is a necessity.

Moving on…

Strength is seen as how much force something or someone can take without breaking.

Strength is also related to power.

I guess the difference between the two would be that power also refers to the influence that can be exerted while strength is how to deal with it.

Weakness is an indication that a person or object is not able to hold much power.

As it relates to a person – weakness, strength, and power are adjectives that can be accurate to your life experience or personality.

Obviously, we don’t want to be weak so I wanted to write this article to encourage a powerful awakening towards becoming a stronger person.

The secret is that anyone can do it, if they want to. It really comes down to how they feel about themselves, their belief, and resilience.

So now that the introduction is out of the way, let’s begin with the way to inner strength and power!

1. Build Yourself Up!

Low self-esteem is a real tragedy. It’s just not fair to feel like you’re not good enough.

A lot of times, we let comparisons to others overshadow what we know to be true about ourselves. When that happens, it is the trust in your own abilities that is a failure.

Truly building yourself up means that you’re trusting in what you know that you’re good at.

Everyone is born with natural talents. Those are the things that you can do at least moderately well without having to try really hard to have a good result.

You have to own up to your natural talents. Being humble is a public trait but in private, be super proud of yourself for everything that you can do well.

Build up a complementary relationship between your mind and your abilities.

After you have a basis of what it feels like to be proud of yourself, take it up another notch with step 2:

2. Accomplish Stuff

Remember what the stars said:

The goal is to continue to build on the things that you’re good at.

It’s not about picking an entire new genre of talents.

Go toward the talents that you’re already naturally inclined to.

Challenge yourself with things that you’re already good at. just, take it up another level.

This strengthens you as a person in several ways.

The obvious way is that you’ll be able to add another skill to your resume. You now have something else that you can be proud to be good at.

Mentally, this strengthens you as well. Don’t downplay your accomplishments because then, what would be the point?

3. Try New Things Fearlessly

Is it okay to not try things because of the fear of looking dumb?

No way!

If that’s the case, that’s an indication that you’re caring too much about what other people think.

If you can look dumb to yourself then that is an indication that you are lacking in self-respect.

We all do dumb stuff sometimes and that’s not what I mean.

I’m talking about trying something and not being good at it. That is an avoidable part of living a life that is worth living.

The weak trait is to enter new experiences with fear of what it’s going to be like.

The strong way to enter something new is with the knowledge that you’ll be fine either way.

The “I’ll be okay” attitude is powerful and it attracts good experiences to you. Instead of being too serious about what you look like, you can turn your focus onto what it is that you’re actually doing.

The fourth step will allow everything else to happen more seamlessly –

4. Relax!

Let go of some of the things that make you uptight.

The stress and seriousness of life is unavoidable because once you realize that some things really matter then you have to take it serious, such as the responsibility of living a certain quality of life.

That being said, if something is not having an effect on the quality of your life then release it.

Mentally loosening up is different for everyone, depending on what your hang-ups are.

The best advice I can give is to try to have a lighter outlook on everything that your looking at.

The ability of being light of heart is indeed a trait of strength.

5. Stick To Your Word

It is a form of self-respect to have enough control to do what you say you’re going to do.

The secret here is to only give your word on things that you are absolutely sure you can deliver. That way, the plans won’t fall through based on someone else’s actions (or lack there of.)

All of these tips will help anyone to have a better, stronger relationship with yourself.

In theory, we can do anything! We just have to believe that we can πŸ™‚

Opening Up About Mental Health

Socially, we are in the midst of a “speak your truth” influence that encourages people to be open about what they’ve gone through or experienced.
In a lot of instances, this appears to apply to mostly negative or damaging life experiences. Have you noticed? Or am I wrong?

Is there a reason why we’re not encouraging people to speak their truth about positive experiences as well?

I wonder does it have something to do with the social requirement of being a humble person? No one likes someone who brags but it’s unreasonable to keep your positive moments to yourself because you don’t want to “make someone feel bad.”

I’d really argue here that we need to hear more about the positive traits and experiences of others. Society would benefit from hearing some of the good things going on in people’s lives.

Yes, it does carry the risk of making the less fortunate feel bad but whose responsibility is that, honestly?

The delivery tone of positive news does matter a great deal. Condescending is always a hard “no”. But, here, we are talking about normal “I got a free coffee today!” pleasant news. After all, the little things matter too!

Feeling bad about other people’s positive life stories is a weak trait. Jealousy is amongst this energy, too.

As we all know, we cannot control anyone else’s reactions to us. Not really. I mean, you can cultivate your first impression to be something true to you.. but, short of manipulation, you’re not in control of how people receive you, your words, actions, or anything else.

And thank goodness for that, who wants the responsibility of constantly worrying about what other people are thinking about?

But I will tell you one thing – whatever you tell the audience is what they will think about…. If you’re telling everyone about the worst day of your life then they will think of you in the context of the worst day of your life.

Those who are healthiest with their mental health will not become emotionally attached to your experience…. But, a lot of people in the world have depression and anxiety and stress and other issues that make them unable to let go of things.

As a result, some people will become attached to the feelings that you have evoked.

That is a responsibility.

Which is why we should be mindful of the personal information that we tell people!

The strongest people, mentally, will not attach themselves in that way so try to be a little forgiving if you can.

Anyway, the fact is that we don’t know for sure how everyone in the audience is receiving our news. If happy news can make people feel sad then it stands to reason that sad stories can make some people feel pleased in a weird way.

It’s very weird, to be pleased at the suffering of others. But remember, we’re talking about mental health.

It’s not an option to live life based on what other people may think. It doesn’t really matter what other people think, does it?

In a way, it does. So much advice today is along the lines of:

“It doesn’t matter what other people think”

but I can’t get behind that all the way.

If we lived in a world where people’s good traits were all that mattered then that would be okay.
Unfortunately, we live in a world where people are treated differently based on their weaknesses and actions.

For that reason, people should be more reserved when “speaking their truth”.

Especially when it comes to mental health, consider the audience that you are letting into your head.

Sharing unpleasant truths has its advantages, namely providing a sense of strength and inspiration for other people who are going through the same things.

That’s all fine and dandy. Why not be a source of strength for someone if you’re able to!

I guess the point I’m trying to make here is that if you have to “Speak Your Truth”, make sure you’re getting some advantages out of it as well.

If you’re going to be letting people into what you’ve been through, think about how sharing this information can help you in the future.
Don’t miss out on opportunities tomorrow because of what you’ve said today.

Personal Growth = Stress Relief

*Author’s note: Here I am talking about stress today and I accidentally erased the entire post that I wrote! But instead of stressing, I’ve decided to take steps to avoid that from happening again. What do I mean? I’m typing this into a word processor (as I normally do) instead of directly into the WordPress app (which I don’t normally do) lol…

So. Stress. Stress management tips and methods. Also known as, how to not freak out and get overwhelmed.

There are two types of common stress: Self-Induced and Circumstantial.

Self-Induced stress means that the stressful situation could have been avoided if you had either:

  • Reacted differently
  • Or made better decisions.

If you’re like most people, you have a memory. And if you have a memory then you have the power to remember what happened.

Now, it’s important to note that you don’t want to dwell on bad experiences. You don’t want to live there mentally because if you do, you’ll re-live the stress and uncomfortable feelings over and over again until the end of time.

What to do? First, you have to have the ability to accept personal responsibility for what you did wrong in the bad experience. This takes self-awareness and maturity. It is worth it to develop these traits as it will serve you forever in your life.

Of course it’s not so easy but discipline will produce a level of authenticity in your life that can only come from being in control and disciplined.

Next, take a look at the bad experience and see what you could have done differently. Are there any signs that you missed? Any keywords that you didn’t pay attention to?

If you didn’t do anything wrong then all you need to do is let go of the situation and move on with your life.
If you did do something wrong then here’s what you can do:

  1. Make a note of what you don’t want to happen again.
  2. Determine how you need to make changes to your behavior.
  3. Move forward with confidence that you will make better decisions in the future.

It’s important to state again that reliving old stress is being mean to yourself. Holding on to things that hurt you is very undesirable and is a lack of self-control.

Discipline solves this because it allows you to give your energy to things and experiences that are going to move you forward in life, whether that’s mentally or physically. Moving on from trauma is an individual thing. But if other people do not allow you to move on, they either:

  • Are clueless to how you feel, or
  • They know exactly how you feel and they want to cause you pain.

You can choose how to move forward with those people. If they’re continually causing you anxiety then that abusive behavior needs to be cut off as soon as you can.

Now, let’s talk about Circumstantial Stress.

Circumstantial Stress can be short term or long term, it really depends on how you deal with it.

  • Reacting badly can draw it out into another stressor that you don’t want to deal with.
  • Reacting thoughtfully will allow the stress to roll off you like water droplets on duck feathers.

Yes, my dear. It is your RESPONSE that will determine how much stress you experience. That’s why this quote is so popular: “Life is 5% what happens to you and 95% how you react to it.”

Yeah, it’s a bit clichΓ© at this point in quote history but it’s still true.

( Personally, I’d adjust the percentages to a 20%/80% balance but my way is less dramatic.)

Anyway, Let’s get back on subject!

SELF-DISCIPLINE, by way of controlled emotions, will save you all sorts of mental anguish.

Uncontrolled emotions will have you reacting to and attaching feelings to things that are not worth your emotional energy. Things that hurt you, or hurt other people, or hold you back, etc.

So many things in life are not worth feeling stressed out or anxious about.

But, undoubtedly, things will come into your life that SUCK but you have to DEAL WITH IT ANYWAY. That is apart of life. Here’s the game plan for that:

  • Only deal with what is a fact (don’t assume),
  • Don’t become emotionally invested,
  • Develop the ability to redirect your thoughts to other things.
  • Don’t let the stressful stuff become a part of your identity.

Personal development by way of self-discipline can help you to maintain a more balanced life.

I feel like I didn’t say enough about self-discipline so here are some other good things about discipline.

  • Discipline is looking out for yourself.
  • Discipline will prevent unnecessary pain, stress, and anxiety.
  • Discipline is not easy to consistently implement. BUT being disciplined will increase your self-respect.
  • Discipline will allow you to reach your goals and dreams.
  • Discipline and routine will keep you emotionally balanced.

If you’ve reached this part, thank you so much for reading! I really do feel like there is more to add to this post but it has to come to an end here. Peace to you and leave me a comment if you have any thoughts. Thank you!

Easier Relief from Anxiety Attacks

*Summary at the end of this article!*

If you know what anxiety feels like then you already know: anxiety is not fun. Anxious feelings are unpleasant.
At best, the anxious feelings won’t be more than mild nervousness before something important or meaningful is about to happen. At worst, the anxiousness will be a full blown anxiety attack over something small or out of your control.

As with all medical problems, see your doctor if anxiety is disrupting your quality of life. And also, all medical problems will come with circumstances that are specific to you and your situation. One size does not fit all.
The numerous anxiety-related disorders pinpoint all the different ways that these uncomfortable feelings and stress responses display themselves.
To have true happiness in your life, anxiety sufferers have to find a way to not be weighed down by it. As with everything, rising above anxiety starts with knowing what it is. This is key to stopping anxiety attacks once and for all.

What Is Anxiety?
The Easy Light Sources definition of anxiety is stress. This can be the stress of the unknown, the stress of not being in control, or anything else that applies.
Stress is a part of life. How you handle it is really what matters. A lot of stressful situations can be prevented by:

  • Being organized
  • Not obsessing over things you cannot control
  • Controlling your thoughts
  • Having a hobby or interest to participate in

Unrecognized stress and anxiety can turn into unhealthy coping skills. Uncontrolled anxiety can get progressively worse.

Chemical-Free Anxiety Medication?

Treating yourself without medication is only for the strongest amongst us. Everyone is stronger than they think.
If you’ve been diagnosed with a split brain, or you believe that you need medication to stop you from hurting someone then go ahead and medicate yourself. But just remember, a dependency is not a cure. If you as unable to have the anxiety management drugs, you don’t want to fall apart.
Treating yourself without medication and pills is possible. It’s just stress management using the natural resources available to you!

A word about anxiety treatment with natural substances: CBD Oil is the latest natural supplement for anxiety. People love it and there’s are thousands of testimonials that support the claim that CBD Oil is the bees knees. On a lesser tier, herbs, such as valerian and passionflower also do the same relaxing things in the body. Natural substances are a good way to go but NO substances is the actual way to go for longevity (long-term anxiety relief).

It would be helpful to learn ways to ground yourself with your five senses. Learning these things before you have an anxiety attack will make it easier to use them during an anxious moment.

  1. Sight – Take several moments to look at something beautiful. Pretty flowers, regal animals, artistic cloud patterns, smiling faces of your loved ones, lush green grass, colorful fruit. Anything that you like that you find pleasant to your eyes… You can also close your eyes and visualize the pleasant things that you enjoy looking at.
  2. Smell – Make it a priority to smell some fresh air every day. There are other scents too – natural oils, essential oils, fresh flowers, cooking food and/or baked goods, pungent herbs, coconut oil, and more.. It doesn’t have to just be things you like the smell of. The scent of bitter herbs also brings new energy to your experience.
  3. Feelings – Take a moment to appreciate the texture of different materials around you. The pattern of your jeans, the softness of a cotton shirt, the cool metal of your earrings, your heavy belt buckle, a plush blanket, a soft pillow…. Feelings also come in the form of an emotional expression. Indulge in the feeling of things that you are grateful for, thankful for, and what brings feelings of joy.
  4. Taste – Because of the tendency for food to become a dependency, anxiety-related disorders should not be treated with food. Sweets, candy, salty foods, chips, all of these things should be enjoyed in peace. Anxiety attacks are not peaceful moments.
  5. Hearing – “They say music can alter moods and talk to you.” It’s true! Because of this truth, the music that you listen to during anxious moments should be pre-chosen before you have a moment. Use any and all of your favorite songs. If you enjoy hate music – That is, music with negative or harm inducing lyrics, listen to it once or a few times. As you listen to it, have the intention to release your anxiety into the lyrics. Cry if you need to. But balance it out with some “it will be okay, it’s a wonderful day” type of lyrics.

The options are endless! It is worth it to take the time to determine what you like and what adds good energy to your mental state. Keep your resources close to you.
If none of the simple suggestions above help, you may really want to consider whether or not you actually want to be rid of anxiety. You have the give it a try.

Now we should really talk about social anxiety.

What Causes Social Anxiety?

Social anxiety has two components:
You
Other people

Other people can be mean, they can be jerks. For some reason there are some people who are mean spirited on purpose. They want other people to feel pain and hurt. Being on the receiving end of this energy can certainly cause people problems socially.
Being teased will certainly prevent someone from wanting to share their thoughts and ideas with others because of the fear of being ridiculed.
It’s understandable but it’s also a weak position that hinders you from progressing socially and otherwise.

A person with social anxiety would benefit much better to accept more responsibility for their social anxiety.
The harsh truth comes down to the fact that most socially anxious people have insecurity at their core. Sure, the insecurity may be caused by someone else’s actions toward you but it takes a strong person to decide to control their own feelings. Be that strong person.

Strength and believing in yourself has many forms and it looks different depending on the situation.

Being able to adapt is a key skill to live without anxiety. But first, let’s see what strength and believing in yourself looks like:

  • Saying no when you want to say no.
  • Letting someone know when they’re being a jerk.
  • Speaking your opinion and/or speaking facts that you know to be true.
  • Dressing in a style that you find appealing.
  • Leaving a room that is hostile towards you.
  • Entering a room that you belong in.
  • Not believing negative things that people say to you or about you.
  • Choosing to be happy.
  • Practicing self-care to increase your personal value.
  • Always doing your best.

When it comes to adaptation, there is strength in flexibility. Being too rigid makes it hard for other people to work with you. Just how you have your own thoughts and ideas about things, so do other people. Only wanting to do things your way is unfair to other people. It is also unfair to you because that means that you’re blocking your ability to expand your mind via other other perspectives.

Control issues is a form of anxiety, too. Wanting to control everything causes stress because 1) you’ll be stressed if things don’t go according to how you want it to. And 2) you’ll be uptight as you hold on too tight.

Just. Relax.

Drugs and Anxiety
Drugs cause anxiety. If you can’t get the drug, you’ll be anxious. You can become anxious as you worry about the quality of your drugs. The way that a drug reacts with your brain cells may cause anxiety. Being high and not in control can cause anxiety. Taking a break from drugs can cause anxiety as your body cleanses itself.
And so on. Remember, any substance can cause anxiety. Especially if you can’t get any and you don’t know how to cope with sobriety.

Why Does Depression and Anxiety Commonly Go Hand-in-Hand?
The unfortunate truth is that many people who have depression also have anxiety. Depression, for many, is a lower energy form of anxiety.
To be frank, each of these emotional disorders are bad enough on their own. Combining them into a common phrase -depression and anxiety – subliminally encourages people to put them together and claim both problems.

However, unfortunately, lots of people who have one of these disorders will have the other. That’s because they share a root cause of perspective: pessimism.

So, What Are Some Proper Solutions / Anxiety Coping Skills:

There are some coping skills listed earlier in this article geared toward the 5 senses. So instead of repeating those great suggestions, it would be helpful to mention something that is not popularly stated when it comes to treating anxiety. That is –
SELF-CONTROL.

Anxiety is an emotional and thought-driven disorder. You can control your thoughts. JUST THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE.
Before you say “It’s not that easy” ask yourself this question: “would you rather think about what’s causing your anxiety attack or would you rather think about something else?” Stop reliving bad experiences.

If you must think about the trigger then CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE about it. In any unfortunate situation, determine how you can win or benefit from it. Whatever it is, frame it in a way that it works to your advantage.

If you can’t do that then your mental fortitude needs to be strengthened.

**SUMMARY**

  • Anxiety is an unhealthy response to stress.
  • Grounding yourself is a good way to curve anxiety attacks.
  • For long-lasting anxiety relief, it’s imperative to learn how to cope without the use of any substances (natural/unnatural).
  • At the root of social anxiety is insecurity.
  • Drugs cause anxiety.
  • Depression and anxiety both have pessimism as a root cause.
  • Anxiety solutions include getting an anxiety bracelet, getting counseling, meditation, controlling your thoughts, being organized, and going with the flow.

How To Enter The Wonderful World of The Light-Hearted

**Summary at the end!**

If you’ve entered this article, you know why you’re here. First of all, you can’t have any fear.
Fear is like the word no; it will stop everything. But just like a red light, you can go through it if you put your mind to it.

Fear is a strong emotion – it shares traits with other, lesser emotions. All emotions, and feelings, will weigh a person down.
Now, okay, feelings are not all bad. Sometimes, a person needs to be grounded by what they feel. But that’s the exception, not the rule.

What Does It Mean To Be Light-Hearted?
It means that those who are light in their hearts are not weighed down by emotional energy.
That’s not to say that feelings are not present, it’s just that they’re not very important. And feelings certainly should not be apart of someone’s identity.

Different ways people weigh themselves down:

  • Caring too much
  • Taking things personally
  • Feeling angry
  • Thinking about bad experiences
  • Talking about other people’s bad experiences
  • Worrying
  • Feeling guilty
  • Attachments to various things
  • Happiness that is attached to physical objects, including other people.

If you want to live light-heartedly, you must enter the reality of neutrality.

Okay, fasten your seatbelt. Here we go:

The Power Of Neutrality

We are all, individually, a universe.
The universe is a colorful place.
The life of a human being is full of a range of colors (emotions, experiences, understanding, factors)

A colorful world makes it interesting. Colors are beautiful.

But, too many colors in a person’s view can be distracting and make it hard to focus. Too many colors send mixed vibrations and can possibly cause confusion.

Take a look at this picture below and imagine if you were to experience all of this at one time.

An Emotional Definition: Your mind being consumed by what you feel. Or by what is going on.

Think of emotions as colors – if you get too wrapped up in them, it will become disorganized and messy. And, distracting.

A metaphor: if you’re driving a car, you should have as few distractions as possible. Maybe have some background music but primarily, your focus should be on driving.
Now if you’re emotional or experiencing a lot of feelings as you drive, you’ll become distracted and something may happen to prevent you from reaching your destination.

In life, moving forward is a primary goal. However, if there are too many distractions, there is no stability. Where there is no stability, there is no solid ground.

Neutrality can give that solid ground, emotionally.

What makes neutrality better than emotions?

A neutral definition : The ability to not be influenced.

Neutral colors are the best ones because they match everything else effortlessly and balanced. Some would say solid colors are also balanced but they’re also volatile and weak. If you mix the wrong colors then the frequency becomes corrupted (or unstable) and possibly unpleasant to look at.

Having one emotion is cool but if you mix emotions, the energy you produce will be unbalanced and confused.

Neutrality as an emotion means that you just don’t care too much one way or the other. This results in a person’s mind being protected from bad experiences, negative emotional experiences, manipulation, etc.

Entering the realm of a neutral dimension is how a person ascends to light-heartedness.

The Easy Light Sources definition of a Dimension is a situation that is real on a consistent/constant scale. The situation here is being peaceful + neutral = light-hearted.

The real ascendant challenge is to maintain a steady/neutral vibration/frequency at all times. The stronger your neutrality, the greater your light-hearted experience will be. Not. Negatively. Influenced.

Now, it has to be said that we’re not talking about being void of all emotions.

To be human is to have emotional experiences. But a mentally strong human:

  • Is in control of their emotions.
  • Does not act primarily based on how they feel.
  • Are able to let go of their feelings.

The key is to feel less. Shift to be unattached.

The best emotion to feel, at all times, is love!

Love is the highest vibration for a reason. It’s because it does not weigh a person’s heart down; it lifts them up.

Unconditional love is the key. The ascendant challenge is figuring out how to love people who you deem to be unlovable.
“How to love someone who makes you angry?”
First – here, it is not love that is the challenge. The challenge is to stop feeling angry.

In this world, society is shaped by people who openly take advantage of other people. Those people spread and feed lies to people. By feeding them lies, they’re able to take advantage in many ways.
Manipulation is one of those ways that ‘they’ take advantage. Or, getting people to feel angry (leads to bad decisions) or making them feel fear (will prevent someone from questioning the lies and/or taking action). Seeing through the veil and being able to see who is in the wrong is the true challenge, especially if you don’t have the power to change what is happening to the oppressed people.
Here, try your best to control how you feel.

Awareness is important to be smart about what is going on. But, don’t let the hate of others consume you, that’s how you become a hateful person (full of hate).

Some days, you will have to make the choice between being angry about injustices or being happy that the sun is shining.

Be smart – You can’t control anyone elses energy but you can decide how you respond to it. And, you can control if you internalize it.

Here’s the SUMMARY!:

  • To be light-hearted is to not be consumed (weighed down) by emotions.
  • Love is the only true emotion that doesn’t weigh you down. Happiness/joy/patience are all apart of love.
  • Emotions and colors are not very different.
  • Too many emotions and colors are distracting.
  • Neutral feelings is protection from bad emotional experiences and manipulation.
  • Society and mainstream media are full of emotional manipulation.
  • To truly ascend into a light-hearted world is to primarily maintain a neutral vibration.
  • Love heals. Love starts with self-love and then it can be extended.

Transformation Made EASY

** There is a bullet-point summary at the end of this article :)**

A fresh start is a powerfully appealing idea from many angles. It doesn’t have to be a complete overhaul of your life – any smaller area can use a refresh too.

It all starts with an idea in your mind. Think about it and consider (from all angles) the changes that you want to bring about.

Once it’s solid in your mind, you have begun manifesting a personal evolution.

This article will discuss the necessary steps to lasting transformation.

1. Start With A Personal Manifesto

Considering the manifestation definition in the picture above, a manifesto is a written declaration of what you plan to make happen in your life.

Writing it out is the only way to start – it is a visual reminder and will help you to stay on track. After all, you want to manifest your desires…

That is, you want to bring it into reality. Writing it down is a great first start as you will be able to see the words on paper.

You can manifest:

  • A new beginning
  • A better attitude
  • Different employment
  • New or improved skills and talents
  • Friends and relationships
  • Etc

The above list of examples is drafted to uncloud any judgments that could be present.

Controlled evolution starts with having a goal in mind. Uncontrolled evolution can cause your life to be counter-productive.

This article is about a new beginning via transformation. Getting to your next level starts with a solid idea and goal.

2. A fresh start – in any area – comes down to your willpower.

You have the power to transform.

A transformation definition is to go from one form to another, completely. Whatever you transformed will look different than it was before.

Is it deeper than waking up saying “I change my mind”? For people with a strong willpower, it will be that easy.

For most people, daily reminders will be needed – such as reading your personal manifesto frequently. Do what you need to do to control your thoughts. Only think of what you want to happen. Change the way you see things.

Lasting change (that goes from a new beginning to a different life) requires adherence to to the transformation rules:

  1. Have a goal for your next level.
  2. Release emotions that are attached to your old ways.
  3. Work toward your transformative goals.
  4. Work toward your transformative goals.
  5. Work toward your transformative goals.
  6. Think on a higher level (Think as though you’ve already transformed).
  7. Do not go back to your old ways.
  8. Celebrate every single step of your transformation.

Now, what about transformational leadership?

Take a look around the internet. Dozens upon dozens of people are starting coaching businesses and promote themselves as gurus and leaders of every field you can think of.

These are outer sources of motivation. They’ll motivate, sure. And they’ll encourage, support, and possibly feel like a friend if that’s what you need.

But, true transformational leadership comes from within you. That is, be your own transformative leader.

You will be much better off when you’re able to motivate yourself.

Let your goals guide you. Only you know your reasons for why you need to evolve. Trust yourself more and believe in yourself.

Depending on someone else to “get you going” is a set up for failure.

Here’s a SUMMARY:

  • True transformation starts with believing that you can manifest what you desire.
  • Write down your goals into a personal manifesto.
  • Refer back to your personal manifesto often.
  • Strengthen your will power to work toward your goals every day.
  • Release old emotions attached to your past thoughts and behavior.
  • Tune your thoughts to your evolved level.
  • Never backslide.
  • Be your own transformational leader.
