  5. Hearing – “They say music can alter moods and talk to you.” It’s true! Because of this truth, the music that you listen to during anxious moments should be pre-chosen before you have a moment. Use any and all of your favorite songs. If you enjoy hate music – That is, music with negative or harm inducing lyrics, listen to it once or a few times. As you listen to it, have the intention to release your anxiety into the lyrics. Cry if you need to. But balance it out with some “it will be okay, it’s a wonderful day” type of lyrics.

The options are endless! It is worth it to take the time to determine what you like and what adds good energy to your mental state. Keep your resources close to you.

Now we should really talk about social anxiety.

What Causes Social Anxiety?

Social anxiety has two components:
You
Other people

Other people can be mean, they can be jerks. For some reason there are some people who are mean spirited on purpose. They want other people to feel pain and hurt. Being on the receiving end of this energy can certainly cause people problems socially.
Being teased will certainly prevent someone from wanting to share their thoughts and ideas with others because of the fear of being ridiculed.
It’s understandable but it’s also a weak position that hinders you from progressing socially and otherwise.

A person with social anxiety would benefit much better to accept more responsibility for their social anxiety.
The harsh truth comes down to the fact that most socially anxious people have insecurity at their core. Sure, the insecurity may be caused by someone else’s actions toward you but it takes a strong person to decide to control their own feelings. Be that strong person.

Strength and believing in yourself has many forms and it looks different depending on the situation.

Being able to adapt is a key skill to live without anxiety. But first, let’s see what strength and believing in yourself looks like:

  • Saying no when you want to say no.
  • Letting someone know when they’re being a jerk.
  • Speaking your opinion and/or speaking facts that you know to be true.
  • Dressing in a style that you find appealing.
  • Leaving a room that is hostile towards you.
  • Entering a room that you belong in.
  • Not believing negative things that people say to you or about you.
  • Choosing to be happy.
  • Practicing self-care to increase your personal value.
  • Always doing your best.

When it comes to adaptation, there is strength in flexibility. Being too rigid makes it hard for other people to work with you. Just how you have your own thoughts and ideas about things, so do other people. Only wanting to do things your way is unfair to other people. It is also unfair to you because that means that you’re blocking your ability to expand your mind via other other perspectives.

Control issues is a form of anxiety, too. Wanting to control everything causes stress because 1) you’ll be stressed if things don’t go according to how you want it to. And 2) you’ll be uptight as you hold on too tight.

Just. Relax.

Drugs and Anxiety
Drugs cause anxiety. If you can’t get the drug, you’ll be anxious. You can become anxious as you worry about the quality of your drugs. The way that a drug reacts with your brain cells may cause anxiety. Being high and not in control can cause anxiety. Taking a break from drugs can cause anxiety as your body cleanses itself.
And so on. Remember, any substance can cause anxiety. Especially if you can’t get any and you don’t know how to cope with sobriety.

Why Does Depression and Anxiety Commonly Go Hand-in-Hand?
The unfortunate truth is that many people who have depression also have anxiety. Depression, for many, is a lower energy form of anxiety.
To be frank, each of these emotional disorders are bad enough on their own. Combining them into a common phrase -depression and anxiety – subliminally encourages people to put them together and claim both problems.

However, unfortunately, lots of people who have one of these disorders will have the other. That’s because they share a root cause of perspective: pessimism.

Before you say “It’s not that easy” ask yourself this question: “would you rather think about what’s causing your anxiety attack or would you rather think about something else?” Stop reliving bad experiences.

If you must think about the trigger then CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE about it. In any unfortunate situation, determine how you can win or benefit from it. Whatever it is, frame it in a way that it works to your advantage.

If you can’t do that then your mental fortitude needs to be strengthened.

Fear is like the word no; it will stop everything. But just like a red light, you can go through it if you put your mind to it.

Fear is a strong emotion – it shares traits with other, lesser emotions. All emotions, and feelings, will weigh a person down.
Now, okay, feelings are not all bad. Sometimes, a person needs to be grounded by what they feel. But that’s the exception, not the rule.

What Does It Mean To Be Light-Hearted?
It means that those who are light in their hearts are not weighed down by emotional energy.
That’s not to say that feelings are not present, it’s just that they’re not very important. And feelings certainly should not be apart of someone’s identity.

Different ways people weigh themselves down:

  • Caring too much
  • Taking things personally
  • Feeling angry
  • Thinking about bad experiences
  • Talking about other people’s bad experiences
  • Worrying
  • Feeling guilty
  • Attachments to various things
  • Happiness that is attached to physical objects, including other people.

If you want to live light-heartedly, you must enter the reality of neutrality.

Okay, fasten your seatbelt. Here we go:

The Power Of Neutrality

We are all, individually, a universe.
The universe is a colorful place.
The life of a human being is full of a range of colors (emotions, experiences, understanding, factors)

A colorful world makes it interesting. Colors are beautiful.

But, too many colors in a person’s view can be distracting and make it hard to focus. Too many colors send mixed vibrations and can possibly cause confusion.

Take a look at this picture below and imagine if you were to experience all of this at one time.

An Emotional Definition: Your mind being consumed by what you feel. Or by what is going on.

Think of emotions as colors – if you get too wrapped up in them, it will become disorganized and messy. And, distracting.

A metaphor: if you’re driving a car, you should have as few distractions as possible. Maybe have some background music but primarily, your focus should be on driving.
Now if you’re emotional or experiencing a lot of feelings as you drive, you’ll become distracted and something may happen to prevent you from reaching your destination.

In life, moving forward is a primary goal. However, if there are too many distractions, there is no stability. Where there is no stability, there is no solid ground.

Neutrality can give that solid ground, emotionally.

What makes neutrality better than emotions?

A neutral definition : The ability to not be influenced.

Neutral colors are the best ones because they match everything else effortlessly and balanced. Some would say solid colors are also balanced but they’re also volatile and weak. If you mix the wrong colors then the frequency becomes corrupted (or unstable) and possibly unpleasant to look at.

Having one emotion is cool but if you mix emotions, the energy you produce will be unbalanced and confused.

Neutrality as an emotion means that you just don’t care too much one way or the other. This results in a person’s mind being protected from bad experiences, negative emotional experiences, manipulation, etc.

Entering the realm of a neutral dimension is how a person ascends to light-heartedness.

The Easy Light Sources definition of a Dimension is a situation that is real on a consistent/constant scale. The situation here is being peaceful + neutral = light-hearted.

The real ascendant challenge is to maintain a steady/neutral vibration/frequency at all times. The stronger your neutrality, the greater your light-hearted experience will be. Not. Negatively. Influenced.

Now, it has to be said that we’re not talking about being void of all emotions.

To be human is to have emotional experiences. But a mentally strong human:

  • Is in control of their emotions.
  • Does not act primarily based on how they feel.
  • Are able to let go of their feelings.

The key is to feel less. Shift to be unattached.

The best emotion to feel, at all times, is love!

Love is the highest vibration for a reason. It’s because it does not weigh a person’s heart down; it lifts them up.

Unconditional love is the key. The ascendant challenge is figuring out how to love people who you deem to be unlovable.
“How to love someone who makes you angry?”
First – here, it is not love that is the challenge. The challenge is to stop feeling angry.

In this world, society is shaped by people who openly take advantage of other people. Those people spread and feed lies to people. By feeding them lies, they’re able to take advantage in many ways.
Manipulation is one of those ways that ‘they’ take advantage. Or, getting people to feel angry (leads to bad decisions) or making them feel fear (will prevent someone from questioning the lies and/or taking action). Seeing through the veil and being able to see who is in the wrong is the true challenge, especially if you don’t have the power to change what is happening to the oppressed people.
Here, try your best to control how you feel.

Awareness is important to be smart about what is going on. But, don’t let the hate of others consume you, that’s how you become a hateful person (full of hate).

Some days, you will have to make the choice between being angry about injustices or being happy that the sun is shining.

Be smart – You can’t control anyone elses energy but you can decide how you respond to it. And, you can control if you internalize it.

A fresh start is a powerfully appealing idea from many angles. It doesn’t have to be a complete overhaul of your life – any smaller area can use a refresh too.

It all starts with an idea in your mind. Think about it and consider (from all angles) the changes that you want to bring about.

You have the power to transform.

A transformation definition is to go from one form to another, completely. Whatever you transformed will look different than it was before.

Is it deeper than waking up saying “I change my mind”? For people with a strong willpower, it will be that easy.

For most people, daily reminders will be needed – such as reading your personal manifesto frequently. Do what you need to do to control your thoughts. Only think of what you want to happen. Change the way you see things.

Lasting change (that goes from a new beginning to a different life) requires adherence to to the transformation rules:

  2. Release emotions that are attached to your old ways.

  8. Celebrate every single step of your transformation.

Now, what about transformational leadership?

Take a look around the internet. Dozens upon dozens of people are starting coaching businesses and promote themselves as gurus and leaders of every field you can think of.

These are outer sources of motivation. They’ll motivate, sure. And they’ll encourage, support, and possibly feel like a friend if that’s what you need.

But, true transformational leadership comes from within you. That is, be your own transformative leader.

You will be much better off when you’re able to motivate yourself.

Let your goals guide you. Only you know your reasons for why you need to evolve. Trust yourself more and believe in yourself.

Depending on someone else to “get you going” is a set up for failure.

Talking about other people outwardly. Or thinking about other people privately is not a good use of your thought energy.

At one time past, thinking good for other people was okay. And praying for people is still nice, but…

Now, it’s better to use your thought energy on ways that you can move forward. Or, on ways that you can elevate yourself into better, more light-hearted energy.

The Stars realize that celebrity culture is designed for many people to fail at this. After all, “it’s better to be talked badly about then not talked about at all”. Right?

No! Lol. Stop spreading bad news about other people. And be careful spreading other people’s good news. And, be careful about spreading your own good news too!

The best thing that we can do is to reach our goals. Give yourself something to be proud of.

I, the writer here, am slightly sad that my readership is so low. It means to me that not many will receive these Star Messages.

In mainstream society, there is an emphasis on being a good citizen – giving without expectation of reciprocation, and being kind to people regardless of how they treat you.

All of that is fine, but have you noticed that there is more conversation on giving good to other people than there is a mention of giving good to yourself?

Yes, as humans we have to care and look out for each other with kindness and respect.

But what’s more important is to give yourself those same considerations.

Be extra nice to yourself. Go out of the way to make sure that you’re taken care of. Treat yourself good without needing a reason.

This, my dear, is the basis of proper self-care.

What Is The Definition Of Self-Care?

The Easy Light Sources Definition of self-care is protecting yourself from things that you don’t want to experience.

Simply put, self-care can be defined as taking care of yourself… Beyond the basic needs of food/shelter/clothing… We can assume that you have those things already. It’s not enough to cover the complexities that the human experience is comprised of.

The actual experiences that people feel in life are varied. So, self-care will also be varied according to what each person personally values.

Another definition of self care comes down to what you can do for yourself that creates feelings of self love. These are thing things that not only make you feel good, they also make you feel like an upgraded version of yourself.

Again, and I must emphasize, this will be different for everyone. And that’s okay, there is no judgment here. Stay true to yourself, that’s what’s important.

Why You Need A Self-Care Plan

A self-care plan will help to keep you protected as effortlessly as possible. Doing so will constantly keep you above the parts of life that you don’t want to be apart of.

In this world, there are millions of external programs, news, ideas, games, works, etcetera that can be focused on. All of these things can leave you neglected in many ways.

Most times, we can only do one thing at a time. Being consumed by other people’s created content is easy.

That’s not a bad thing, it just makes it easy for your own to-do list to fall by the wayside.

Having a self care plan allows your care to become a regular thing, on autopilot, so to speak. You’ll still have to put forth the effort to put yourself first but it’s easy when it’s something that you regularly do.

Remember: taking care of yourself is an expression of self-love!

People who regularly practice self-care are adding value to the world just by adding value to themselves.

Those who practice self-care:

  • Are more emotional balanced
  • Experience inner happiness
  • Display value without words
  • Are better able to help others, even if they’re not going out of their way to do so
  • Garner more respect from others because they outwardly respect themselves
  • Have peace as a constant experience

The only reason you need to practice self-care is the fact that you love yourself and you want to enhance your life experience for the better.

Self-Care Tips and Ideas

The typical tips and suggestions of expressing self care usually focused on leisurely grooming habits. Ie:

  • Take a long, hot bath with bubbles, bath bombs & essential oils,
  • Do a facial,
  • Paint your nails,
  • Get a massage,
  • Let a professional wash your hair,
  • Etc

These things are good because they make you feel special.

If taking a bubble bath raises your spirit considerably then you should do it as often as you can.

Self-care and self-love practices are more than just the physical practices. The best self-care is when you are protecting yourself from negative energy and experiences. That includes your own negative energy. You want to protect yourself from negative thoughts and detrimental habits.

Always thinking positive is an ideal trait. There is strength in having an optimistic outlook without delusion.

Self-care translates to self-respect when you outwardly protect yourself from other people’s negative energy and experiences. If there are negative words being directed to you or something that you love, you will need to use your words to protect yourself. Speak up and don’t let someone be a bully. It may feel uncomfortable at the time but being meek can make you feel uncomfortable a lot longer…

Being smart with your self-care will also tell you when to walk away from bad situations. You don’t have to enter every door that you’re invited to. Take care of yourself as a priority.

Here are some more self-care ideas:

  • Listen to uplifting music,
  • Do a happy dance when you’re happy,
  • Allow yourself to cry when you need to,
  • Don’t be sad for longer than a couple of hours,
  • Read more books on subjects that interest you,
  • Smell flowers that you see (literally smell them)

  • Celebrate when you see someone win,
  • Give out high fives when appropriate,
  • Create something that you believe in,
  • Practice patience daily,
  • Be courageous,
  • Be proactive about what you want to accomplish in your life,
  • Daily meditation
  • Exercise

For more self-care ideas, you will have to look within yourself and recognize what you need. Not what you want, but what you need. Unhealthy desserts may fill a want but if you need to be healthy in your life then be honest about what energy you’re feeding.

Positive Songs With Self-Care Lyrics

Ideally, a person will create their own playlist of their favorite songs that have good energy and no hate-lyrics.

If you like songs with hate-lyrics, don’t play it on repeat. Listen to it once or twice and use that play time to release your own negative energy.

Show Yourself Love And Care Through What You Consume

Consuming in a literal sense is wanting that stimulates the senses:

  • What you taste on your tongue,
  • What you hear,
  • What you smell,
  • What your see,
  • What you feel.

These things can be positive or negative. They can make you feel good, or they can make you feel bad. Usually it is easy to tell the difference between the two.

Gulity Pleasures make it hard to tell if you’re harming yourself long-term for a short-term pleasure.

Once in a while, go ahead and indulge. The keywords there are once in a while.
The goal is to be healthy as much as you can be – healthy inside and out. That way, it wont cause too much damage to go into a guilty pleasure.

Unhealthy guilty pleasures on a daily basis are just bad decisions and low self control…

This article is nearing the end so I want to go back over how we consume things with our senses and how we can consciously protect ourselves with our senses in mind:

  • Taste– Consuming foods that will protect your body from illness instead of eating things that contributing to illness.
  • Sight – Looking at things that make you feel good and inspired instead of seeing things that disturb you.
  • Touch – Physically giving your skin an experience that is luxurious or pleasant instead of causing uncomfortable feelings or scars.
  • Hear – Listening to positive messages or uplifting content versus content that makes you feel down or negative.
  • Smell – There are some scents that make people feel high, these also can harm your lungs, brain, and other organs. No high is worth that.

If the things that you like are detrimental then you really need to consider how much you value yourself and how much damage you’re actually doing. Every once in a while it’s not so bad, especially if you make healthy decisions most of the time.

Arbonne Nutrition – An Honest Review

Hey you guys. I received some free samples of Arbonne nutrition products to try and here’s what I think about them!

A little about Arbonne: they are a company that produces vegan products for nutrition and also skin care! I received some samples from a Arbonne representative, Kristin – you can support her online store here!  Follow her on IG for a 20% off discount too!

So without further ado, here’s a run down of the products with a screenshot of ingredients that I found on the Arbonne website.

Arbonne Essentials – BODY CLEANSE

This body cleanse is for the inside of your body. One packet creates 32 ounces of body cleanse.

The flavor, Lemon Ginger, is tasty. Not very sweet and it does down easy. I drank the entire thing in about 16 hours.

How did I feel? Well, first let me set the stage: at the time that I drank this, my body was not at top health. An excess of refined sugar and other junk foods had me feeling really low and my immune system was weak. Now, that being said, a body cleanse really appealed to me to get me back right.

How did this cleanse work for me? It worked well! Within an hour of drinking some, I was coughing up some nasty stuff lol. But then the next morning, I woke up feeling a lot better.

But yes, my body liked the body cleanse! So it gets a thumbs up 👍👍

DIGESTION PLUS

This one has probiotics to help with digestion.

The taste is pretty bland. But, that’s actually a good thing because that means it doesn’t have excess sugars in it. So that’s a win!

How did it help me with the digestion? I didn’t really feel a difference but I think regular use would be beneficial.

ENERGY FIZZ STICKS

The Fizz sticks really are fizzy!

These gave me a nice boost of energy! The caffeine content is less than most energy supplements, which I liked. The energy gained was nice and smooth with no jittery feelings.

MIND HEALTH

I really enjoyed the cherry lime flavor, it was really yummy!

There may have been some clarity gained from these. I took a nap shortly after I consumed this. When I woke up, I felt pretty clear headed and was able to get more work done.

APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN BAR

These protein bars are thick and filling. You can definitely taste the protein in them – they are a little dry. I do like how ground apple is listed in the ingredients!

As far as snacks go, I much preferred the chews.

FIT CHEWS

I believe the flavors here are chocolate and lemon. I found them to be really tasty and satisfying! And not too sweet.

ANTIOXIDANT AND IMMUNITY BOOSTER

It’s impossible to tell how boosted my immune system is from these but the ingredients are really supportive of health!

The flavor was really good, like a nice treat.

DETOX BODY SCRUB AND GELEÉ

These smell really good! I tried these on my arms and I believe they did feel noticeably smoother afterwards.

MASCARA

Unfortunately, the Arbonne mascara was not very agreeable to my sensitive eyes.

Although I have to say I liked how it looked on my eyelashes!

Okay, that concludes this review!

Over all, I do recommend Arbonne products, they are fun to use and made with natural ingredients.
